Information you choose to send
What the request form collects.
The form collects your name, phone number, email address, service address, property type, selected service, optional message, and the page where you started the request.
When the hosting network makes it available, the site also adds an approximate city, region or state, and country based on the network connection. It does not request device GPS, collect exact coordinates, or store the visitor’s raw IP address with the service request.
Airvo uses those details to review the request, confirm the service area, and follow up about the HVAC service you selected. The form does not ask for payment, financing, health, or account credentials. Please do not include sensitive information in the message.
Storage and delivery
How the request is handled.
A submitted request is stored in the website’s private service-request database before an authenticated email notification is sent to Luis@AirvoAC.com. Airvo and the website hosting and email-delivery providers process this information only as needed to operate the form, deliver the notification, protect the service from abuse, and respond to the request.
The customer receives one transactional confirmation at the email address submitted with the form. It confirms receipt only and does not enroll the customer in marketing email. For certain estimate and consultation requests, the website may then offer available Airvo appointment times. A time is booked only after the customer selects it and receives a separate booking confirmation.
Limited spam data
The site uses a salted one-way fingerprint for rate limiting and may store only the network-provided approximate city, region or state, and country. It does not store the visitor’s raw IP address, browser description, device GPS, or exact coordinates with the service request.
No added marketing tracker
Airvo does not currently use an app analytics or advertising tracker on this site. The upgrade does not add tracking cookies.
Text-message privacy
SMS permission stays with Airvo.
If you check the optional SMS box on a service-request form, Airvo may text the number you provided about that request. Messages may include scheduling, arrival or service-status updates, and direct follow-up about the HVAC service you requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Airvo may use service providers, including its communications provider and mobile carriers, only as needed to deliver and support Airvo messages. Airvo does not sell your phone number or SMS consent.
